How a Mobile Salon Works

  1. Why should I use a mobile salon?

    You never have to drive to the salon again! Mobile salons offer the something that traditional salons don't...convenience and privacy. We allow your "me" time to be all yours. You are the only client and can feel at ease when receiving services.

  2. May I have a consultation?

    We would love to give you a conultation. Because of the nature of the mobile business, all consultations are done by phone. You may send pictures by phone message or email to aid in giving you exactly what you want.

  3. What should I do if I need to cancel?

    You may cancel at any time through your confirmation email or by calling 210-789-2622. All payments are non-refundable.

  4. May I add more services after my stylist has arrived?

    Your stylist has prepared for the services you have already booked. If you would like to add services after your stylist has arrived it is at the descretion of the sylist as to wether they can perform the service. All added services must be paid before performed. Please book extra services through the website.

  5. What forms of payment do you accept?

    All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

  6. Do you accept gratuity?

    Any gratuities ar greatly appreciated. Please tip your stylist directly in cash.

  7. What are your hours?

     

    Monday 9:00am — 7:00pm

    Tuesday 9:00am — 7:00pm

    Wednesday 9:00am — 7:00pm

    Thursday 9:00am — 7:00pm

    Friday 9:00am — 7:00pm

    Saturday 8:00am — 5:00pm

    Sunday 11:00am — 4:00pm
